Support and Monitoring 

We offer Pay-As-You-Go, Fixed Hours or Fixed Fee contracts with Outsourcing, Monitoring and Out-tasking options.  You can log tickets by email or use a portal, with up to the minute information on the progress of your request available at all times.  

We can augment your on site IT staff at a 3rd line level for networking servers or all services.  In busy times or for holidays we provide cover on site or remotely to ensure your IT and telecommunications remains responsive to your business at all times.

Monitoring in the Cloud

We have Cloud based services to monitor HP Systems Insight Manager, Backups, Patch Management and Antivirus.  We can provide these separately or bundled as low cost packages as part of your contract.
