For networks of around 100 PCs or more or for those who want to move to an outsourced solution but have too many on site issues:  We can provide unlimited onsite support for as little as £17000 per annum.  This support contact starts with a full-time onsite support engineer and moves to mainly offsite support as stability increases.

Monitoring and Proactive Maintenance

Monitoring is an important part of all our support contracts.  Our Monitoring Methodology can observe an unlimited number of server or workstation attributes to ensure stability.  Faults are alerted in real time for our engineers to fix.  By the time you call us we're probably already working on it.

Monitoring comes as standard with all our contracts.  There is no equipment to buy and no additional annual subscription.

Vendor Assisted Support: Some faults cannot be easily diagnosed as either faults with the IT infrastructure or third party software.  In these cases we guarantee to manage the call and detail with the third party software vendor directly.
Hardware Cover: We replace or repair faulty hardware.  Unserviceable hardware is charged or can be sourced separately.
PC Disaster Recovery: Recovery of a PC to it's original state after a total failure involving the loss or inoperability of all data and/or critical hardware.
Server Disaster Recovery: Recovery of a server to its original state after a total failure involving the loss or inoperability of all data and/or critical hardware.  Subject to the availability of a full backup and replacement hardware (replacement hardware must have the same hardware extraction layer).  Please call for more details.
